accessibility & inclusion
At FunHQ Cardiff, we believe that every child and family deserves the chance to play, climb and explore. We are committed to making our venue welcoming, accessible and enjoyable for visitors of all abilities, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
We recognise that every person’s needs are different. Our team is here to listen, and support so that your visit is as comfortable and fun as possible.
If you have any questions before your visit, please contact us at hello@funhqcardiff.co.uk and we will be happy to help.
We understand that busy, loud environments can be overwhelming, and we want Fun HQ to feel as enjoyable for everyone:
-
We have a welcoming team who are happy to talk through the venue layout and activities when you arrive
-
Our quieter off-peak session are during weekday mornings and afternoons. We have an online availability tracker that can help determine the best times for you
-
Our staff are aware of the hidden disabilities' sunflower lanyard as a discreet signal that a visitor may need extra support or time
-
Visitors are welcome to take breaks at any time and re-enter activities during your sessions.
-
We have picture of our venue on our website & social media so you know what to expect when you arrive
