1. Promoter: Fun HQ, Olympian Dr, Cardiff CF11 0JS.

2. Eligibility: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Fun HQ, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter: To enter, leave a genuine review of your visit to Fun HQ on either Google or Facebook between 00:00 (BST) on 18 August 2025 and 23:59 (BST) on 16th October 2025. Reviews must be publicly visible and relate to a genuine visit during 2025. Only one entry per person will be counted.

4. No Purchase Necessary: Entry does not require a purchase, but you must have visited Fun HQ to leave a genuine review.

5. Prize: One winner will receive:
- 4 tickets for their choice of either Play Zone or Climb session at Fun HQ.
- 2 large cheese & tomato pizzas, 1 plate of chips, and 1 jug of squash to enjoy at Fun HQ.

6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the closing date. The draw will be conducted fairly and verifiably. The judge’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Notification: The winner will be contacted via the platform used to submit their review within 7 days of selection. If no response is received within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be chosen.

8. Prize Conditions: The prize must be redeemed within 30 days of the competition closing. Booking is subject to availability. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

9. Publicity: By entering, you agree that Fun HQ may use your first name and review content for promotional purposes in any media, without payment.

10. Data Protection: Personal data supplied will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will be handled in accordance with Fun HQ’s Privacy Policy

11. General: Fun HQ reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
