Please note that whilst the deposit is non-refundable, we're more than happy to change the date of your party 1 week before your party, subject to availability.
The final payment must be made 7 days in advance of the booking, there is also a 48 hour cancellation policy in place, any changes to the party must also be done within the 48 hour window, as you are unable to add extra people to the party on the day, this is due to not being able to guarantee play bands.

FAQ'S
1. Can we bring in our own food to the party?
Unfortunately, outside food is not permitted due to food allergies (including nuts) and the risk of cross-contamination. However, your party package includes a meal for each child from our Fun HQ Kitchen menu. Guests can choose from pizza, chicken nuggets, Quorn nuggets, or a hot dog - all included in the party price. Food orders are taken on the day as the children enter the arena.
2. Can we decorate and personalise our party booth? Can we bring cake?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to personalise and decorate your party booth to make the celebration extra special. We allow access 15 minutes before your party start time for setup and decorating, and you’re more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake too!
3. How does the booking process work?
Booking your party is simple and can be done entirely through our website! Just choose your preferred date and time, fill in your details, and pay a £50 deposit to secure your booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after your deposit has been paid.

A reminder email will then be sent 7 days before your party with details on how to pay the remaining balance. If you need to make any changes to your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours before the party date.
4. How many guests can attend the party?
Our Active Play Zone parties require a minimum of 10 guests and can accommodate up to 20 guests.

To help us prepare everything for your celebration, guest numbers cannot be increased on the day of the party. Any changes to guest numbers must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
5. What if a guest has allergies or dietary requirements?
Please email us in advance to let us know about any allergies or dietary requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them wherever possible. Your guests’ safety and enjoyment are very important to us.
