1. What types of groups can book at Fun HQ Cardiff?
We welcome a wide range of groups, including schools, nurseries, youth clubs, sports teams, after-school clubs, corporate teams, and community organisations. Whether you’re planning an educational reward trip, a team-building day, or an end-of-season celebration, we’d love to host you.
2. How many people can attend a group booking?
Capacity depends on the age of the group and the activities selected. A typical school booking is for 60 people, with 30 participants in Clip ‘n Climb and 30 in the Active Play Zone for the first hour, before swapping activities for the second hour.

The maximum capacity for the Active Play Zone is 100 people. However, to help ensure everyone has a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience, we generally accommodate groups of up to 60 people per trip.

If your group is larger than 60 people, please get in touch with us via email and we’ll be happy to discuss special arrangements and create a package tailored to your needs.
3. Are exclusive or private bookings available?
Yes! During term time, we offer exclusive and private hire options for schools, clubs, and corporate events between 10am-12pm or 6pm-8pm. This is a great option for larger groups, team-building sessions, or special celebrations.

4. Is food included with group bookings?
No. Main meals are not provided or included in the price of your booking, as Fun HQ Kitchen will be closed during the booking times (10am-12pm or 6pm-8pm). However, snacks and drinks will still be available to purchase.
5. How do we make a booking for a school, club, or corporate trip?
Booking is easy! Simply visit our Schools, Clubs and Corporates page on our website, choose your preferred date and time, complete the booking form, and select your group size and desired activities.

You’ll then be redirected to pay a deposit, and a confirmation email will be sent to you shortly after your booking has been completed.
